Hi, I’m Nina.

I’m a chef, nourishment guide, and the founder of Chef Nina’s Creative Kitchen.

For over 25 years I’ve worked in kitchens, food service, wellness spaces, and with people who are simply trying to feel better in their bodies without turning food into another stressful thing to manage.
